Digital Blueprint & Material Intake

Every project begins with advanced 3D modeling and extrusion flow simulation. We bridge your technical requirements with our high-purity, 3D-forged tool steel inventory, ensuring your project starts with the best foundation.

Rough Machining & Profiling

Using heavy-duty CNC machinery, we lathe and mill the steel block into its core form. This critical phase creates the primary port openings and geometries, preparing the material for the extreme conditions of the extrusion press.

Vacuum Metallurgy & Hardening

In our computer-controlled vacuum furnaces, your dies undergo high-pressure gas quenching. We don’t just treat the metal; we validate the uniform HRC hardness levels to guarantee long-term structural integrity under tonnage.

High-Precision Resurfacing

We grind mating faces to absolute flatness to prevent leakage and utilize high-speed CNC tooling to cut final micro-features. Every edge is hand-finished and deburred to eliminate even the smallest imperfection.

EDM Precision & Final Assembly

We use multi-axis Wire EDM to slice precise profile bearings and spark erosion to carve intricate, deep cavities. The result is a die set that meets the world’s most demanding dimensional tolerances.
